I am so happy I found this office! Dr. Hoeg and the dental assistant Dan were so kind and professional. I had a nightmare of an experience at a different office and was nervous to start the process again. I had a tooth extracted elsewhere that got infected and I lost all faith in their care. I called NEMD yesterday and they fit me in today for an emergency appointment. I only wish I found them sooner! The office was super clean and everyone from the front desk to the dentist was great! Dr. Hoeg took her time explaining different options to me and putting my fears at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Hoeg and her team.

I had an excellent visit at this office. As soon as I arrived, the front desk team was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick. Dr. Hoeg was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. I also want to recognize Alex, the dental assistant, who was incredibly attentive and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Overall, a fantastic experience, I definitely recommend this office!
