North Andover Modern Dentistry goes above and beyond every step of the way. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with very warm and welcoming receptionists who check you in and answer any questions you might have. I was a new patient who hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years due to some TMJ surgeries so I knew I was going to have teeth issues. Dr. Katherine Hoeg immediately introduced herself to me and was very friendly and explained her plan for the day. The hygienists and support staff were just as welcoming and informative. Their equipment is brand new and modern (as the name suggests!) and they prioritize patient comfort and knowledge. After we came up with a treatment plan, they made time to walk me through what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover before we got started so I would have no surprises. They work with you to make sure your treatment is as affordable as can possibly be so your teeth can get healthy. I’ve terrible experiences with dentists in the past, so this was a breath of fresh air, especially given their patience and how they take their time to explain everything to you, even if you ask the same questions if you’re not understanding something. Overall 10/10 experience, and they will be my new dentist from now on. I cannot recommend them enough.

I called as new patient and they took me in the same day. Very modern technology and super clean. I can't say enough about the Doctor and her staff. They are super friendly and explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend this practice!
